I had wonderful change to keep my mentality workshop at Scandinavian open. Last mentality class was in Riga for competitors. Robert and Anna asked me, can you help all people to have amazing dances during the hole wcs weekend. Ok, challenge accepted, I can help them to find something helpful tools, but other ways it is everyones own choice what they want to do.
Fridays Amazing dances– class:
I was so honoured that all these people join my class and did all my crazy exercises. How you feel and react on things is a choice. Make sure that you know what you want, your goals, and you know what those goals mean, details.
Start notice what kind of beliefs hold you back, ask yourself… Really, always? And those will start to change. When you realise what kind of beliefs you had, you will find new way of thinking and you can believe yourself and turn thing working for you not against you. And when you believe in yourself and your chances to have amazing dances, odds to succeed grows when you believe it. If you are nervous-> put your focus some where else-> go check what kind of partners there is, or focus on breathing, feet.
When you have some kind of setbacks, dig deeper, why you are upset. Evaluate what was good what need to do differently. If you focus all the time only things you are missing or are bad, do you think you will be ever happy -> I don’t think so, there will be always be something that is not a perfect. Check how far you have come, you are already great dancer!
Enjoy those things that make you feel amazing! Enjoy dancing, just the way you want, you don’t need to impress anyone, is it social dancing, competition… You choose! You are amazing dancer just the way you are now, if you want you can always be better also.
If you accept yourself, your limitation and strengths, other people will also!
