Riga summer swing 2017, I had amazing opportunity to keep my workshop about dancers mindset. How to be happy about competing. These things isn’t something voodoo magic stuff, it requires work like another skill you learn. If you are willing to work, you will get results. These things I use is based in NLP.
I had only 1 hour, so this was really, really short time to do this. I hope people got the idea that you can influence what you experience. You can’t change people around you, but you can change how you react on things they say or do.
We all get disappointment, if we won’t get what we want, specially when we feel passionate about dance. Your success come, when you can learn from setbacks and not just rolling in your bad feelings and whipping yourself.
As humans we have our ups and downs, it is part of life. But luckily we have choice what to do it, in our life. Make your choices work for you, not against you. ❤
